FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT OUR APPLICANT FAMILIES MOST OFTEN WANT TO KNOW

If you haven’t found the answer to your question or concern here, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. The Admissions team at L'École de Denver is here to make every part of the application process as clear and simple as possible.

Siblings of L'École de Denver's students benefit from a priority enrollment if the family has successfully completed their Application Process, including the Invitation to Meet our Director.

And despite the French American School of Denver being unaffiliated with École de Denver in any way, since we share a building and many of our families have kids enrolled in both schools, we do offer priority enrollment to students with a sibling enrolled in FASD.

Yes we do offer tuition reductions for additional siblings.  The first student pays full tuition, each additional student enrolled at  L'École de Denver will be offered a 20% tuition reduction.

Children who don’t speak French can enroll in L'École's de Denver's Pre-K program (Cycle 1).

We cannot admit children entering the 4th grade or beyond if they have never previously been enrolled in a school where they followed a French language program.

Our Pre-K class has 15 students and 2 teachers.  In 2021, the 4th/5th and 6th/7th classes have 10-15 kids per class.

Our Pre-K accepts children who will have had their third birthday by August 15th of the year they start school.

Please note that in addition to our age requirements, all children must be potty-trained before the first day of school. Pull-ups are not permitted during school hours.

Applications should be received by the due date. However, we will consider any late applications if there are available openings for students.

If your child and yourself cannot meet our Director, we will organize an online meeting.

We offer both a before and after-school program specially designed for the Pre-K and Middle School divisions. These before-school and after-school activities are not included in the tuition fees and their payment is separate from the tuition.
