SUMMER CAMPS

WHY TAKE A BREAK IN THE SUMMER?

French Camps: Come discover or practice your French with us this summer at L’École de Denver Summer Camps! Our experienced French-speaking counselors will keep campers happy and learning all summer long.  No prior French experience is required for participation in these French language camps.   

Dates: TBD

Hours of Operation: 8:30am to 3:30 pm (Camp) | 3:30pm to 5:30pm (After Care)

Location: L’École de Denver, 2280 E. 16th Ave., Denver, CO 80206

Cancellation: If plans change and you need to cancel your camp, please provide us 14 days advance notice to qualify for a refund.

Creation Station (6/13-6/17)

Campers use the language of their imagination to create crafts & games galore. 

Green Thumb (6/20-6/24)

Little gardeners will learn about plant life cycles, fruits and vegetables and have fun digging in the dirt!  

Creatures Big and Small (6/27-7/1)

Our smallest campers will spend the week getting to know creatures of all sizes through interactive language activities. 

Space Is the Place (7/5–7/8)

Learning about the stars, planets and rockets, campers will have a blast with Space is the Place. 

Snowflakes in July! (7/11–7/15)

Campers celebrate a winter wonderland in the middle of the summer heat, learning the vocabulary and traditions of different holidays. 

Beach Party (7/18–7/22)

Don’t forget your sunscreen! Campers will enjoy some fun in the sun learning about sea creatures and splashing in the water. 

Ahoy Matey (7/25–7/29)

Landlubbers beware! Our little pirates spend the week exploring the open sea. 

English Language Camps for Ages 3-4

Tumbling (6/13-6/17)

Campers will be working on new skills, foundational basics, cartwheels, somersaults, and everything tumbling to get the     

Ball Games (6/20-6/24)

Campers will play all types of sports and games which use balls. 

Lil' Scientists (6/27-7/1)

This unique camp will offer an incredible collection of projects and experiments that will amuse and amaze your little scientist!  

Let's Dance (7/5–7/8)

Leap and twirl in this fun, imaginative morning camp! Creative movement games, dance exercises and active storytelling provide a wonderful introduction to the world of dance. 

Creation Station (7/11–7/15)

Campers use the language of their imagination to create crafts & games galore.  

Knights and Princesses (7/18–7/22)

Campers will be swept away on a magical fairytale adventure filled with castles, kings and queens.  Campers may dress in dancewear, or in their favorite knight or princess attire.

FRENCH CAMPS FOR AGES 5-8

Art Around the World (6/13-6/17)

Campers will build art vocabulary as they explore and create art from around the world! 

Treasure Hunters (6/20-6/24)

Set out on an adventure as campers use new vocabulary to hunt for treasure in the world around them. 

Health & Wellness (6/27-7/1)

Campers get healthy with a week of yoga, zumba and a Mini Tough Mudder! Lessons on creating healthy snacks help campers make a fun, healthy lifestyle. 

Le Chef (7/5–7/9)

Don your chef’s hat and get ready for a week of culinary curiosity. With new recipes each day, campers will test their palate and develop a cuisine all their own. Don’t forget to prepare your taste buds for Friday’s Le Chef Restaurant! 

Kind of Magic! (7/11–7/15)

Join your house and get ready for a week of magic and imagination! Games and magic tricks make this week an exciting adventure. 

Space is the Place (7/18–7/22)

Learn the vocabulary of the cosmos through exploration of the stars, planets and rockets. 

Mad Scientists (7/25–7/29)

Build and launch rockets! Create chemical reactions! Have a blast exploring scientific functions.

Take a flying leap into summer! From hiking and bike riding to water parks, this camp is perfect our our campers ready for an action packed week!     

The Chef (6/20-6/24)

Don your chef’s hat and get ready for a week of culinary curiosity. With new recipes each day, campers will test their palate and develop a cuisine all their own. Don’t forget to prepare your taste buds for Friday’s Le Chef Restaurant! 

Artful Adventures (6/27-7/1)

Campers find their artistic side as they explore different artistic mediums. From painting and crafting to photography and collages, take an artful adventure in our camp! 

It's Science! (7/5–7/9)

Build and launch rockets! Create chemical reactions! Have a blast exploring scientific functions. 

Anything Goes! (7/11–7/15)

Campers write their own schedule in a camp where anything goes! The only challenge? Deciding what to do first.    

Olympics (7/18–7/22)

Kicking off with our own wacky opening ceremonies and ending the week on the podiums, the Olympics hosts its own summer games with relays and special events.    

Health & Wellness (7/25–7/29)

Campers get healthy with a week of yoga, zumba and a Mini Tough Mudder! Lessons on creating healthy snacks help campers make a fun, healthy lifestyle.

Combining print and broadcast journalism, campers will get to write the weekly news (weather, sports, current events and more).   Campers will even meet professionals and see how it's done.
